Terms and Conditions

Contact Us

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform as the primary seller for booking travel or holiday services, including tickets for cultural experiences, attractions, and events. By booking, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable supplier terms. Please review all documents carefully, as they outline your rights and obligations.

Terms like ‘package’ and ‘lack of conformity’ align with the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. ‘Your package(s)’ refers to packages we organize; ‘supplier’s package(s)’ refers to those organized by suppliers (e.g., tour operators, airlines, accommodation providers).

1. Contract Formation

  • We facilitate contracts between you and the principal(s) or supplier(s) named in your confirmation (e.g., tour operators, airlines, cruise companies, accommodation providers). For EU travel services or specific bookings (e.g., villas, yachts), supplier Terms and Conditions apply. Review these carefully and request copies from us if needed.
  • Package bookings include standard information about the package’s main characteristics before a binding agreement is formed, per legal requirements.
  • Your contract includes these booking conditions, supplier terms, and pre-confirmation information provided by us.
  • Completing a booking confirms your acceptance of all terms, defining our respective rights and obligations.

2. Key Terms

  • Confirmation and Cancellation: A binding contract forms upon confirmation. Cancellation incurs charges, from your deposit to 100% of the booking cost, based on timing.
  • Booking Changes: You may request changes to confirmed bookings, subject to a processing fee and supplier terms.
  • Supplier Modifications: Suppliers may alter or cancel bookings, with compensation in certain cases, per their terms.
  • Performance Responsibility: Suppliers ensure non-negligent performance, with limitations outlined in their terms.
  • Payment Terms: A deposit or full payment is required at booking, with the balance due before departure. Non-payment may lead to cancellation and charges.

3. Liability

  • As the primary seller, we ensure accurate booking facilitation but are not liable for supplier errors unless caused by our negligence.
  • Suppliers are responsible for service quality. Compensation for issues is subject to their terms.
  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes) may affect bookings, with no liability for us or suppliers.

4. Complaints and Support

For issues with your booking, contact us via our Contact Page. We’ll coordinate with suppliers for prompt resolution. Package bookings may qualify for alternative dispute resolution under applicable laws.
