in your confirmation (e.g., tour operators, airlines, cruise companies, villa or accommodation providers).
For travel services in the EU or specific bookings (e.g., villas, yachts), the supplier’s Terms and
Conditions apply. These contain critical information, so review them carefully. Contact us for copies if
you do not have them.

For package bookings, we provide standard information about your package’s main characteristics before a
binding agreement is formed, as required by law.

Your contract comprises these booking conditions, supplier terms, and any written information we provide
before confirmation. This forms the basis of your agreement with us and the supplier(s).

2. Key Terms of Your Agreement
- Booking Confirmation: A binding contract with the principal(s) or supplier(s) is formed
when we issue a confirmation statement. If you cancel, charges apply, starting with your deposit and
potentially reaching 100% of the booking cost, depending on cancellation timing.
- Changes to Bookings: You may request changes to confirmed bookings in certain
circumstances. We charge a processing fee for handling amendments, and supplier terms may impose
additional costs.
- Supplier Changes or Cancellations: Principals or suppliers may modify or cancel your
booking. In such cases, you may be entitled to compensation, subject to supplier terms and applicable
laws.
- Performance Responsibility: Suppliers are responsible for delivering your booking without
negligence. However, certain limitations or exceptions may apply, as outlined in supplier terms.
- Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit is required at booking, with the balance due
before departure. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and applicable charges.
3. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with GDPR and other applicable laws. We
collect information such as your name, contact details, and payment information to process bookings and
provide services. This data may be shared with suppliers to fulfill your booking.

Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics) may affect your booking. We and our
suppliers are not liable for losses in such cases.

complaints promptly. For package bookings, you may also have access to alternative dispute resolution under
applicable regulations.
